The administrator of personal data of customers and their personnel is Kanlux S.A. with headquarters in Radzionków (41-922) at ul. Objazdowa 1-3. More information about the manner and purposes of data processing and the rights you have can be found below.
- The administrator of personal data of customers and their personnel is Kanlux S.A. with headquarters in Radzionków (41-922) at ul. Objazdowa 1-3 ("Administrator").
- The Administrator can be contacted at the registered office address or e-mail: ado@kanlux.pl.
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- concluding the implementation of the contract, including the creation and maintenance of a customer account in the B2B store (based on Article 6 paragraph 1 b GDPR),
- keeping accounting records of the Administrator in order to fulfill the legal obligation arising from generally applicable legal provisions, in particular from the Act of August 29, 1997 Tax Ordinance, the Act of September 29, 1994 on Accounting and the Act of March 11, 2004 on Tax on Goods and Services (based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c GDPR),
- organizing work, business contacts, document circulation, keeping correspondence records and contract register, which constitutes a legally justified interest in data processing by the Administrator (based on Article 6 paragraph 1 f GDPR),
- pursuing and defending claims and for archival purposes, which constitutes a legally justified interest in data processing by the Administrator (based on Article 6 paragraph 1 f GDPR),
- conducting direct marketing of own products or services, which constitutes a legally justified interest in data processing by the Administrator (based on Article 6 paragraph 1 f GDPR), in particular in case of consent to marketing communication or sending commercial information electronically.
- Providing data related to the implementation of the contract is voluntary but necessary for its implementation. Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary.
- Data of customer personnel (first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number) are made available by the employer for the purpose of establishing the implementation of contracts concluded with the Administrator, in particular for the purpose of creating an account for the employee, used to handle the customer account.
- Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its termination - for the period required to fulfill accounting or tax obligations (for the duration of their existence) and the limitation period for any claims arising from the contract, and in case of consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes - until the implementation of this purpose or withdrawal of consent.
- Personal data will be stored in an IT environment, which means that to ensure security and proper functioning of IT systems, data may also be temporarily stored and processed, e.g. in backup copies, as part of IT system tests or procedures aimed at detecting irregularities or protection against abuse or attacks.
- Recipients of data may be:
- Administrator personnel,
- subsidiaries and companies related to Kanlux S.A. and its permanent sales representatives with headquarters in the territory of a member state of the European Union,
- entities supporting the Administrator on the basis of its order in terms of IT services and technical support, transport services, printing services, archiving and document destruction services, postal services, banking, financial and insurance services, advisory, legal and debt collection services,
- other administrators who need access to data to perform their duties.
- Based on your personal data, no automated decisions will be made, including through profiling.
- You have the right to:
- access to data;
- rectification of your data;
- request deletion of data;
- restriction of data processing;
- object to the processing of personal data;
- data portability;
- in case the basis for processing personal data is the legally justified interest of the Administrator - to object at any time to the processing of personal data for reasons related to a special situation,
- file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the law.
